My Partner and I had bought a 100 year old Victorian home at 175 Spadina Road in June 2007 with the intent to refurbish it and sell it at a profit. We hired Vito in November 2007 to project manage and complete the renovation in a timely manner by Mid February, 2008. Vito hired the trades, schedules projects and kept things moving. He was professional and composed at all times, provided weekly updates on progress and handled scope creep issues with diplomacy and directness. Given that Vito had inherited a renovation which had gone askew with our demolition going to the extremities of the four walls, he managed to pull off completing the renovation so that we could list the house for sale in March 2008.
I would use Vito again if circumstances warranted it.
This was our second custom home and it was just as fun, and of course complicated, as the first. We had some difficulties making the architectural design "our own" but Vissa Homes' patience through the entire process was invaluable. We enjoyed taking our time with the house and making it just right for us. Thank-you Vito for all your help, expertise, and hard work.
